We have the knowledge and capabilities to adapt to the unique requirements of various key industries, and we take care of the logistics from start to finish.

3-Axis Milling

3-axis milling on a vertical milling machine enables both 2.5D and 3D machining for various parts. Utilizing X, Y, and Z movements, it is essential for many machining projects. Each work face must be machined independently, necessitating the careful positioning and securing of the part in a process known as work-holding. This ensures precision and accuracy during the milling operation, optimizing the final product's quality.

4 & 5-Axis Milling

4 and 5-Axis milling enables 3D machining by rotating either the part or the mill using X, Y, Z, A, and sometimes B axes. This advanced technique is essential for complex machining projects involving intricate contours and shapes. Milling on a 4-axis machine increases machine time costs by about 50%, while 5-axis machining, offering even greater precision, can elevate costs by up to 300%, depending on project complexity.

Turning

Turning on a lathe enables the machining of cylindrical parts using X, Y, and A axis movements. Lathes are widely used for nearly all cylindrical machining projects due to their precision and versatility. However, there are limitations in size: the stock being machined can have a maximum diameter of 7 inches, while parts can be turned up to 32 inches in length, making lathes suitable for a range of cylindrical machining tasks.

CNC Machined Parts

We manufacture rapid cost-effective prototypes and low-volume production orders for a variety of industries and applications, like functional prototypes & production parts, automotive, aerospace, electrical appliances, household appliances, consumer electronics, etc. High-precision CNC machining parts from digital design to physical objects let the end product practical and marketable.
